Alcohol and Creatine

Okay, I haven’t used creatine in a very long time. I wasn’t even able to legally drink when I used it, so this was never an issue. I kind of want to jump start the muscle building, and am thinking about staring creatine again. The question is, can I still drink alcohol when taking it?

While steroids can help build the bulky muscles that lend athletes and body builders power and speed, there hadn’t been a drug capable of building the endurance needed to run a marathon or to ride a bike through the Alps.
